WIth all the snow there was plenty of time to play trains, games and do crafts!

We always try to find time to get a puzzle done. This year our puzzle was provided by Matt and Unity.
We completedthis in just 2 days! Can you figure out where this is?

and of course eating lots and lots of yummy food!

Fun in the Snow

We were due to leave for IA on Wed. night but all had to leave a day early to make it home due to a good old IA blizzard that hit Wednesday and didn't stop until Saturday! By the grace of God we all were able to make it home before the storm hit and enjoy time together and a VERY white Christmas!

This is my parent's long driveway and if you look closely you can see all our cars stuck at different points on the driveway!

We got around 20 inches of snow! So needless to say when it was all over, everyone had a lot of fun in the snow!

Our family...embarking on a journey to see baby Jesus...

Josiah is not looking too hopeful that we are ever going to get there... that pretty much sums up my spiritual journey...


It was a long journey...Eric and Josiah even got put in jail and I was out of money to bail them out but fortunately citizen had compassion on them and paid their bail money.
