So why am I taking a picture of Josiah's crib full of blankets? Well look at the next picture for the answer...

Surprise! There is a sleeping boy underneath all of that! Yes, that is Josiah's favorite way to sleep. It does make me a bit nervous that he likes to sleep FULLY covered with blankets, but I guess somehow he can still breath!

A new idea

My mom came up with this idea and shared it with my sister, who shared it with me, and now I am sharing it with you! If you don't have a sand table (or don't want to pull it out) fill your baby bath tub with rice and have some fun! Warning! It does get messy, depending on the age and child but if you play in the kitchen it sweeps up in a breeze! Thanks for the idea mom and Becky!

College Friends

My good friends and past roommates came to Milwaukee to visit us on V-day weekend! They got to meet Josiah for the first time! It was soo good to see them and catch up! DOn't mind the wierd picture of me below...sorry Melissa! I should of just stayed out of the pictures on this one! Thanks for coming girls!

Hi everyone!

Taking advantage of a nice day!

Finally a day nice enough to get out and get some fresh air!
Josiah and his pal Addison pushing the stroller I brought in case of tired legs. We walked almost a mile and they never got tired!

Josiah practicing how he is going to walk when his brother is in the stroller. Josiah loves to help push or just hang on to the side.

Happy Anniversary!

This past weekend we went up to celebrate Josiah's Great Grandpa and Grandma's 60th wedding anniversary! Wow! Congratulations!!!!
Usually Josiah always gets a rock in with Great Grandma, but this time Great Grandpa got the honors!

And of course we got to spend some time with Grandma and Grandpa!

Josiah also got to see his Great Uncle Rick and and Aunt Pat. Josiah had a good time reading with Rick.
Grandma's new toy at her house...notice the legs are still a little too short for great speed!

Katelyn Grace

No this is not MY baby, as much as my husband wishes it was, this is my new niece Katelyn! She was born Wednesday morning. She was just over 7 pounds and 20 inches long! We are so excited to have her in the world. And if Eric can't have his own baby girl at least he can have a baby girl niece! :) Maybe someday Uncle Eric!
My nephew Johnny meeting his sister. My sister says he calls her kitty. That may get confusing, but how adorable!
