Josiah, Jack and I went up to Green Bay for the weekend. My Mother-in-law told me about riding a train to get pumpkins. I thought she meant a little kid train, but this is the train we got to ride! I full fledged double decker train! Josiah was so excited to ride a real train! It was a very cold day, but we had a lot of fun!
The train had real conductors and everything!

Josiah and Grandma on the way to get a pumpkin!

Josiah was so excited to ride a REAL train!

The train took us to a "pumpkin patch" where we could each pick out a pumpkin and then get back on the train for a ride back.
This is the pumpkin Josiah chose!

Riding the train back with Jack.

Josiah with his pumpkin loot!
Our sad attempt at a group picture before we left!

Pumpkin Patch Part 2

Grandma took us to a farm pumpkin patch too!
They had pumpkins of all sizes!

Me and my two pumpkins!
It was a cold, windy day, and I had too uncooperative posers with me!

Josiah decided to take this home instead of a pumpkin! What a surprise!

Odds and Ends of the Lenz boys!

Who can resist a sleeping baby...

Some people need their coffee in the morning and others need a little milk!

This one is for Grandma O. This was her favorite thing to do to us kids!

Oops! Another picture of a sleeping baby! I just can't resist!

Nothing melts my heart more then when I see Josiah in his own little world of animals and blocks!

I "caught" Josiah piling up the toys onto Jack. I think he was trying to help! Oh wait...is he sleeping again? Don't worry smiling pictures are coming soon!

Yes, you are seeing this correctly

Every year my church has a chili supper and bon fire. We also get bounce houses for the kids. Well this year was cold and a little wet. So, what else can you do but put the bounce house in the Sanctuary! Rest assured...it was down for Sunday morning, but we joked about it being a new way to attract visitors to church. After all no one else offers a bounce house worship service!
* there are no pictures of Josiah in this because of course, he was little scared of the whole thing!

Apples

Thanks to a friend I have a new passion for the fall...apples. No that is not a dirty camera lense these apples are very dirty, but that is part of my excitement. I have discovered an orchard where you can pick apples off the ground for a fraction of the refular price. Guess how much all these apples cost?
$4.00!!!!
I have been twice and am returning once more today! Let's just say if you come over to my house plan on having apple pie!! :)
